Authors have to send their camera ready in PS or PDF version before 15 August 2002.
A standard IEEE model is accepted for formatting papers. You can find template for word files.
Latex files must use the IEEE transactions classes. You can upload them
on
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/supported/IEEEtran/
Camera ready files must be send by Email to medhocnet@cabernet.cs.ucla.edu.
Please use the paper ID to name your paper, example:
If your paper ID is 11 and your paper is in Postscript Format, please
name your paper 11.ps
