Bruno Baynat is Associate Professor (Maître de Conférence) at the University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris 6). He received his MS degree from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG) in 1988 and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Systems from the University Pierre et Marie Curie in 1991. His research interests are presently in the development of analytical models for the performance evaluation of communication systems, with applications to wired networks (Multicast, metrology of IP networks) and wireless networks (Ad-Hoc, GPRS/EDGE/UMTS, WI-FI).
