:: Research Interest
      . Network measurements and characterization
      . Troubleshooting and management of IP networks

  :: Bio
      I'm working under the supervision of Renata Teixeira and Pr. Serge Fdida.

      My thesis is on developping more sophisticated trouble ticketing systems to facilite network management. As a first step,       I use information retrieval techniques to automatically analyse trouble tickets. This characterization allows network ope-       rators to quickly get statistics on past network incidents and can assist the troubleshooting of new incidents. Then, I ana-       lyse the impact of trouble tickets on both intra- and inter-domain routing.
