RESEARCH INTEREST

CURRENT RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

I am focusing on communication paradigms in cognitive radio networks and my research encompasses the following themes:

FORMER RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

I worked under direct supervision of Aline Carneiro Viana, and collaborated my Research Work with Artur Ziviani, and Roy Friedman, in ASAP Team, INRIA, France . I worked on Self-Organized Data Aggregation in Mobile Sink Wireless Sensor Networks. My research focused on the principles underlying the design of data aggregation mechanisms in WSNs with mobile sinks. Our main goal here was: (1) to extend network lifetime and to evenly spread the load over the network by aggregating collected data in some selected storage motes, and (2) to improve data availability by replicating aggregated data in some closer to selected storage motes.
